Fraser Valley Fusion ’04 Coach Announced!

We are very pleased to announce that Jaycee Affeldt will be taking over the team as Head Coach.

Jaycee was most recently an Assistant Coach with Troy University in Troy, Alabama, which is a role she held . She also played collegiately at Troy and has several decorated awards including the Sun Belt Conference 1st Team All Star and Pitcher of the year in 2015! She also was fortunate to play at the international level with Team Canada for several years. She played locally for the Fusion 93 team and also Storm 93.

Thank you for your patience as we worked through our scheduling conflicts. We have now released a revised Try-Out schedule on our website.

All Try-Out Information, including schedules and changes, for the 2020 season will be updated on our website: https://langleyrepfastpitch.ca/2020-try-out-information/. 

Coaching Announcements will be coming shortly.

We plan to have at least 14 teams on the field next year with 6 of them playing under the Xtreme banner and 8 under the Fusion banner. We still have a couple of openings for head coaches and we can always use more assistant coaches so if you know anyone that might be interested please email [email protected].

Please pre-register using the links on our website: https://langleyrepfastpitch.ca/2020-try-out-information/.

Check in for each tryout will start 60 minutes before the official start time so please make sure you arrive with enough time to get signed in and warm up.

All divisions will have secondary tryout dates for any players that the coach may want to see again or for any players that can’t make the first date. If you cannot make the first date listed on the attached schedule please email [email protected] to be put on the secondary list.  

For all A & B tryouts, pitching and catching will be held immediately after the main session. Players can try out for both A and B, please check this option when registering online. EXCEPTION: U12 players all to attend the first try-out for your birth year and after that session coaches will let you know if you should attend the secondary A or B try-out.
